The Arc believes that all people benefit from being valued members of their community, including the personal satisfaction derived from being employed. Working with Michigan Rehabilitative Services (MRS), we provide employment services as needed to ensure that individuals secure and maintain employment as independently as possible.
Community employment services include:
- Community Based Vocational Assessment and Work Adjustment Program
- School-To-Work Transition Program
Job Placement Services, including Job Seeking Skills and Job Retention Skills Clinic - Job Coaching & Job Retention Services
