  • Answer: SpArc is the first program of its kind in Michigan, pioneering alternative approaches to incarceration for individuals with IDD. Our Navigators provide comprehensive support, advocacy, and resource coordination tailored to the unique needs of those we serve.
  • Answer: SpArc Navigators are human services experts with extensive knowledge of support services and resources across various community organizations. They work to establish stable support systems, promoting a happy life while minimizing interactions with the law.
